"It's time to enter the battle, and it starts on the ground," Ariana DeBois said on The Tonight Show Thursday...Ariana DeBois spoke amid the recent U.S. Supreme Court ruling against constitutional abortion rights and Judge Clarence Thomas on contraception and gay rights.

DeBois, 31, appeared on The Tonight Show on Thursday and told host Jimmy Fallon: "I'm black, I'm African-Latin, I'm a woman, and I'm a foreigner. My country is at war with me, for sure."

"Clarence Thomas made his plans very clear. It's not just for women - they've come for the right to vote, and they're going to keep going," said the Oscar winner. "But they came for marriage equality. And frankly, they'll probably come for same-sex adoption."

"So it's time to get into the battle, and it starts on the pitch," he said. "So find a way to get involved."

Deboz later shared a video from her Twitter interview and wrote: "This is not about a set of rights. This is about human rights. Find a local abortion fund and consider donating monthly to abortionfund.org." SCOTUS made a 6-for-3 decision last week to oust Rowe versus Wade, overturning nearly 50 years of legal precedent. The decision would completely change the picture of women's reproductive rights and give individual states the power to decide whether to allow abortion. Half of the country will implement a near-total ban in the coming months.

Following the ruling, states including Arkansas, Kentucky, Missouri, and South Dakota have banned abortion after enacting a "trigger ban" that governors imposed following the Supreme Court ruling.

In Thomas's concurring comments on Rowe's decision, he wrote that the Supreme Court found Griswold v. Connecticut, Lawrence v. Texas, and Obergefell v. Hodges, the conclusion that currently protects the right to buy and use contraceptives without government restrictions should be reviewed - sex and the right to same-sex marriage.

In Di Lawrence v. Texas, the court ruled that the criminal penalty for those committing bestiality was unconstitutional. DeBoz, meanwhile, made history as the first African-Hispanic actress and the first outspoken woman of color to win an Academy Award for the acting when she won a statuette for Best Supporting Actress at the 94th Academy Awards on the West Side earlier this year.

During his speech at the Oscars, DeBoss opened up about his identity and how art helped him come to his senses.

"Imagine this small girl in the back seat of a white Ford Focus," he said. "Look into her eyes, you see a strange - decidedly quirky - colorful woman, an African-American woman who found her strength in life through art, and I think that's what we're here to celebrate.
