The price of Ethereum has recently fallen by as much as 60% from its peak in 2021.

Those looking for evidence of the new Cryptocurrency crash that you don't 'don't have to see Minneapolis at least for the next some days.

This weekend, 100 of NFT holders flocked to Gary Weinerchuk's Twin Cities for VeeCon, a 4-day conference that brings together Web3 business leaders, entrepreneurs, and evangelicals to discuss digital transformation from art to the asset.

In addition to being a serial entrepreneur also influential on social media, Weinerchuk is known for his early investments in companies such as Facebook and Coinbase.

Vaynerchuk's NFT "VeeFriends" collection consists of 10,255 irreplaceable symbolic tokens that can be purchased like the cryptocurrency Ethereum. Each token contains a "smart contract" with metadata that Vaynerchuk can use to interact with its customers. Token holders also get exclusive access to the yearly event for three years after purchasing the NFT. This is not only the 1st VeeCon but also the first NFT ticketing event. Token holders have access to their tickets via a digital wallet on their mobile, declaring their ownership of Vaynerchuk's digital assets.

NFT is a digital asset designed to track ownership of virtual goods using blockchain technology. Such unique things could be works of art or sports trading cards-a market Weinerchuk entered as a teenager, where he sold baseball cards for thousands of dollars every week.

"The weather at VeeCon couldn't be better," Weinerchuk said in his opening remarks at Friday's conference. "This year has been an incredible chapter for Web3. Of course, everyone here is aware of a [crypto] price adjustment... it's no fun when your fortune ends up on paper. True, but the weather was amazing because a lot of good work was being done now; a lot of innovation is being done."

The event, being held at US Bank Stadium, will feature keynote speakers who have recently appeared on the Web3 stage, including Snoop Dogg, Spike Lee, Deepak Chopra, Eva Longoria, and Mila Kunis, among others.
