British Lawmaker Urges Government to Outlaw Fur Imports and Sales

In a growing movement to promote animal welfare, a UK Member of Parliament has called for a complete ban on the import and sale of fur in the country.

The MP argues that despite the UK banning fur farming in 2000, the continued import and sale of fur contradicts the nation's strong stance against animal cruelty.
