China Warns Countries Against 'Appeasing' the US in Trade Agreements

China has issued a strong warning to other countries, urging them not to "appease" the United States when forming or negotiating trade agreements. The statement, delivered by a senior Chinese official during an international trade forum, reflects growing concern in Beijing over what it sees as Washington's increasing influence in shaping global economic alliances.

The Chinese government has expressed dissatisfaction with recent trade developments in the Indo-Pacific region, especially those that appear to align more closely with US interests. Beijing views such moves as part of a broader American strategy to isolate China economically and politically. Officials have accused the US of using trade policies as tools of geopolitical pressure, rather than genuine efforts to foster open and fair markets.
