The star of Law and Order: Organized Crime told news that he prefers to exercise alone with as little rest as possible and joked, "You don't need to talk to me."
Christopher Meloni doesn't like it when people work out shirtless in public gyms, but the rules don't apply to his home gym; the restrictions don't apply.
The 61-year-old 'Law and Order: Organized Crime' star told news that she got naked while working out at home.
"I train naked. On Monday, this is my gym," she told NBCUniversal Upfronts 2022 in New York, explaining that "she can do whatever she wants there."
"And I won't close the window," he added. "I'm fine too. Not my wife." Meloni says he will train with his wife Sherman but prefers to spend this time alone.
"We go to the gym, but you don't have to talk to me," he joked. "It's like disturbing a monk during his monastic life."
Adding that he's "earnest" at the gym, Meloni says he's the kind of guy who wears big headphones to block out all outside noise and would rather be in his trainer's gym than in a group where he's just surrounded by other athletes going down and their bad habits.
"People don't lose weight, and I have OCD," she says. "I thought how hard [to let it go]?" "I thought you were from hell," he said, occasionally shouting at these people.
"I'm out of the gym," he said. The physics of the Wet Hot American Summer star has been a hot topic for the past year after social media went crazy over photos of her perfectly round ass. In September, Meloni joked with Men's Health that his "ass" was having a cultural moment.
"I catch a fly with my cheek on my ass, like a flytrap on Venus," Meloni joked at the outlet. "I'm smart with my butt cheeks!"
