Deborah James describes her husband Sebastian Bowen as a "absolute stone" in her battle

On Wednesday, the British radio presenter, 40, captioned her husband - with whom she shares 14-year-old son Hugo and 12-year-old daughter Eloise - in an Instagram post, along with a photo of "a complete rock" amid her battle with colon cancer, the couple smiled at the RHS Garden Wisley in England.

"Seb sent me (small mission but worth it!) to @rhswisley at dawn in front of everyone to say we [sic] were ready to publish the book and it was perfect for an hour," he said of the results. . James also thanked his supporters for purchasing their upcoming book How to Live When You Can Be Dead, which is out on August 18th.
