Tesla CEO Elon Musk on Friday Biden administration and Democrats angry on Twitter as the wealthiest man in the world doubles his oath to vote for the Republican Party.
Musk, increasingly seeking to buy Twitter for $44 billion, suggested Thursday that Democrats would target him with a smear campaign after announcing he would vote for the Republican nominee.
"In the past, I voted for Democrats because they were (mostly) the party of good. But they have become a party of division and hate, so I can no longer support them and will vote for the Republican Party," Musk tweeted Thursday.
"Now watch your dirty trick campaign against me," he wrote, ending the tweet with a popcorn emoji.
On Thursday, Business Insider published a shocking report detailing allegations Musk exposed his genitals to flight attendants on a private jet while asking him for a full-body massage during a SpaceX flight to London. According to the report, he offered to buy her a horse to get her consent to his alleged sexual demands.
Musk denied the woman's accusations. However, insiders said they detailed a written statement from a friend to back up the woman's complaint with SpaceX's human resources department.
But neither Musk nor SpaceX disputes a Business Insider report that the aerospace company he founded and operated paid the woman $250,000 in compensation for her silence after she complained about her alleged behavior.
Musk tweeted: "The attacks on me have to be seen from a political perspective - this is your standard (disgusting) book - but nothing will stop me from fighting for a bright future and your right to free expression.
