Erica Girardi Jokes She's Now Wears Outfit Twice Due to Legal Issues: 'Not The Worst'

"I have all the stuff I usually resell and take the money and buy new stuff, but because of my guardians, I can't do that now," Girardi said in a new episode of RHOBH.

Erica Girardi admits that it's "not the worst thing" to redo the toilet, even if you're a Beverly Hills hostess.

In an episode of "True Wives of Beverly Hills" on Wednesday, the 50-year-old reality star revealed that she was selling stylish clothes and changing clothes due to legal issues with her estranged husband, Tom Girardi.

"I have all the things I usually resell and take the money and buy new things, but I can't do that now because of my guardian," he explained. "I'm lucky enough to have a lot of great stuff, so wearing it twice isn't the worst thing." During another scene at the opening of the Kyle x Shahida Kyle Richards store in Palm Springs, Erica approaches Diana Jenkins, the newest housewife selected for the season, and asks for a special gift from her.

"Do you have one of those, Jasper?" It's black," he said, referring to the Cartier Panthère ring with a diamond head. "I need someone in my life to take the ring, and it's you."

"Me. Let's order now," answered Diana.

Erica filed for divorce in November 2020 after 21 years of marriage amid rising allegations of blackmail and embezzlement against her ex and company.

The charges include criminal and civil authorities, who are also named Erica. Among other things, Tom was accused of embezzling funds from a settlement that benefited the families of victims of a 2018 plane crash.

"No, I can't afford it! Maybe in the future. It's dark now, son," he replied with a laugh. "It's gloomy right now. Give me something; I can barely take it."

Erica also described Lisa Rina's ring as a "Cartier starter kit" and joked, "Diana has five of them!"
