Kaya Gerber channels her mom Cindy Crawford while supporting her boyfriend Austin Butler in Cannes

The model rocked a Celine custom red dress by Hedi Slimane and a beauty bombshell reminiscent of the look worn by her mother's supermodel 30 years ago.

The 20-year-old stepped out in a personalized red Celine gown by Hedi Slimane while supporting boyfriend Austin Butler at Wednesday's Cannes Elvis premiere at the Cannes Film Festival. She added accessories with diamond earrings from Tiffany & Co. and wears her hair in a loose, romantic style.

Gerber's entire vision gives us a fashion retrospective of the dress her mother, Cindy Crawford, made more than 30 years ago. At the 1991 Revlon Unforgettable Women's Competition, the 56-year-old model wore a red mini slip dress decorated with sparkling stones. She completed the look with red lips and statement earrings. Likewise, the 30-year-old Butler walked the red carpet untanned but dressed by the same designer as his girlfriend. She looked elegant in a custom-made six-button Celine tuxedo by Hedi Slimane. Cartier's new ambassador completes the look with watches, bracelets, and rings from the brand.

Butler stars in Elvis details his rise to stardom in the 1950s and his complicated relationship with his manager, also Colonel Tom Parker (Tom Hanks). Earlier this month, Gerber and Butler attended the 2022 Met Gala.

For fashion's biggest night, Gerber wore a sexy metallic silver dress with a side slit, while Butler looked rocker-chic in an all-black look and an open black tie worn over the shoulders.

The model and actor decided to walk the red carpet separately but shared a sweet moment at the best of the Metropolitan Museum of Art steps. He reached out to take her hand, and they bent down to pick one up for a kiss. The supermodel was first linked to star Elvis in December 2021, after she broke up with Euphoria actor Jacob Elordi.

Butler dated Vanessa Hudgens before the pair split in 2020 after eight years together.
