Kelly Osbourne marks one year of sobriety: 'Life is truly wonderful'

On Friday, the 37-year-old said she had been sober for a year and posted a photo of the Twelve Steps tracker.

"If you had told me 365 days ago that I would be sober, happy, and a mother, I would be laughing at you," Kelly Osbourne wrote on Instagram on Friday.

"What a difference a year can make!" Osborne writes of success. "If you had told me 365 days ago that I would be sober, happy, and a mother, I would have laughed at your face.

He added: "Life is truly amazing when you are working. Thank you to everyone who has supported me on this journey. I love you all so much!!!!!!!"

She had support from Tish Cyrus and Pretty Little Liars alumni Lucy Hale, who added three red heart emojis in her comments. Osborne announced earlier this month that she is pregnant with her first child - was found on her way to sobriety. In October, she celebrated five months of gravity on her 37th birthday.

"I'm so grateful it's almost insurmountable!" he wrote. Osborne hit five months after he revealed last April that he had a relapse after nearly four years of sobriety. He told his experience while appearing on Facebook Watch on Red Table Talk in June 2021...

"This latest setback is ironic because I've seen the pandemic end," he told hosts Adrienne Banfield-Norris, Jada Pinkett Smith, and Willow Smith. "I was alone seating by the pool waiting for someone to meet me, and I saw this woman and her husband drinking a glass of champagne, and it looked perfect," Osborne explained. So I said, "Oh, I can do that too." And the next day, I drank two glasses. And the next day, there was a bottle."

Noting that he was a "cupboard drinker," Osborne later said, "I just wanted to be the best version of myself for my family and my boyfriend and my friends, and I wasn't.". "
