On Friday, April 22nd, the actress wore a black leather button-down as a sexy mini dress while at seafood restaurant Catch LA to celebrate MGK's big 3-2. The brunette beauty accessorized the mini with a spicy wrap-up strappy sandal by Amina Muaddi and a simple black chain shoulder bag.

The Machine Gun Kelly was undoubtedly dressed like the birthday boy in his much brighter outfit! Megan matched his red lip color with a deep burgundy lip shade, adding glitz to her evening look. While it's unknown what MGK and his stunning fiancée ordered at Catch LA, the restaurant is known for its impeccable seafood dishes, such as the rich lobster macaroni and cheese, crispy shrimp, and crunchy rice cakes.
