Mick Jagger shares a health update with his fans after contracting COVID-19.

On Wednesday, the Rolling Stones frontman shared a message with his fans on social media, writing that he was feeling "much better" after announcing that he had tested positive for COVID on Monday.

"Thank you for your congratulations and messages over the last few days," Jagger, 76. "I'm feeling so much better and can't wait to get back on stage next week! Unfortunately, the meeting in Amsterdam has been postponed to July 7, and we'll have news about it. New date in Bern as soon as possible. See you later!"

Announcing his test results, Jagger also informed fans that the band's show in Amsterdam tonight would be postponed: "So sorry we had to postpone tonight's show in Amsterdam at such a short time due to COVID," he wrote Monday on a Twitter post. "We are doing our best to reschedule and return as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding, Mick."

The group later wrote on Instagram that their vocalist began showing symptoms "on arrival at the stadium."

"The Rolling Stones deeply regret this postponement, but the safety of the audience, fellow musicians, and touring crew must be a priority," the group said in a statement on Twitter.

Satisfaction rockers launched in Europe last week, Jagger, Keith Richards, and Ronnie Wood playing in Liverpool, England, at an event with an exceptional audience member: Jagger Devero's five-year-old son.

The singer's friend, Melanie Hamrick, shared an adorable video on her Instagram Story of Devereaux dancing backstage at You Can't Always Get What You Want while wearing a Rolling Stones t-shirt.

"Vibes," wrote Hamrick, 35, alongside the video.
