Oh spent ten seasons playing Dr. Christina Young on the ABC hospital drama and said that "her life has changed a lot since Grey's Anatomy premiered in 2005."

"It's hard to imagine because it's been almost 20 years," he told Squid Game star Jung Ho-Yeon - who also recently experienced sudden popularity and recognition - while speaking for Variety's Actors on Actors series.

Oh continued, "So the context is very different. But the stress is the same, or the confusion is the same...when people are in a position of responsibility that is extraordinary, special, and difficult like this. Her health is what I think struck me as the 50-year-old Emmy winner opened up about the impact her current fame has had on her health, admitting that she took a break while filming the ABC sickness drama, which she left behind. In 2014, it didn't feel good.

"Honestly, I was sick. I thought my whole body was sore," he explained. "Even though you keep working, it's just, 'Oh, I can't sleep. My back hurts; I don't know what's wrong with my skin.' Oh shared that she learned an important lesson from trying to prioritize her health.

"I've learned to take care of my health first," she said. "But it's not just your body. It's your soul. It must be your mind. So these things are like doubts and questions. Because in the end, you can't rely on anyone."

He continued, "You have to find it within yourself. They ask people's opinions, yes, of course, but in the end, we are alone.
