Martha Stewart is selling her housewares to benefit a good cause.
Martha Stewart hosted a tag sale on her farm in Katonah, New York, to benefit Mount Sinai's Martha Stewart Centers for Living.
Last weekend, the 80-year-old lifestyle expert opened her farm to sell her collection of furniture, tableware, art, linens, clothing, plants, decorations, and other items. The best part? All proceeds will benefit the Martha Stewart Centers for Living at Mount Sinai Hospital.
The tag sale took place over two days on Stewart's farm in Katonah, New York. Tickets ranged in price from $25 to $250, with the most costly being for the earliest time slots on Saturday and decreasing in price progressively.
Guests who purchased a ticket had access to various items from Stewart's collection. In addition, ticket holders could see (and, of course, buy!) things that made Stewart's home, well, home, ranging from wooden wagons to jadeite dining sets to decorative bird cages and everything in between.
The lifestyle guru personalized some of the more sought-after items. Judy Kim, a food stylist, shared photos of a unique find at the tag sale: a green KitchenAid stand mixer emblazoned with Stewart's signature.
In addition to the crowds of excited fans who attended the event, Stewart was joined by some celebrity pals who paid a visit to the farm.
Blake Lively, a friend and a neighbor, came to the tag sale on Saturday to show her support. In comparison, she was visiting Stewart's property, and the actress, 34, shared photos on Instagram of her farm chic style. She wore Reformation denim straight-leg overalls with a white tank. She accessorized with a tweed Chanel bag and Hermès ankle boots.
