Food Network's Molly Ye opens a restaurant in Minnesota in a "historical space"

The 32-year-old Food Network star shared the exciting news with his fans on Instagram on Wednesday, revealing that his first restaurant will be in a "beautiful historical space" in his hometown on the Minnesota-North Dakota border.

"Surprise, we opened a restaurant!!!!!! " Yeh wrote in a post that included videos and photos of the future restaurant. "Last year, we acquired a beautiful historic location on the banks of the Red River to celebrate Eastern Grand Forks cuisine."

"Midwestern tradition, Scandinavian flavors, local ingredients, and EXCELLENT BREAD will come together under one roof to create a magical, delicious and cozy wonderland called BERNIE'S!" He continued with the video's opening in the fall of 2022.

The restaurant shares the same name as her daughter Bernie, 2, named after her husband's great-grandfather Nick Hagen Bernt and great-grandfather Jeh Bernard.
