The Internet is shocked by Stephen King's microwave salmon recipe

It's a horror film!' According to José Andrés

"Nuke it in the microwave for near three minutes " Then, "Eat it," Stephen King wrote on Twitter.

With his recipe for microwavable salmon, Stephen King created quite a stir. On Tuesday, the 74-year-old Shining author shared his method for cooking fish on Twitter.

"Dinner: Get a nice salmon fillet, not too big, at the supermarket," he wrote. "Drizzle it with olive oil also lemon juice." It should be wrapped in damp paper towels. Microwave it for 3 minutes or until it's hot. Consume it. King suggested that people "perhaps add a salad to round out the meal."

He then added his tips for microwave-cooking salmon.

"If you use a microwave, do 1 minute at a time, in and out, in and out," he explained. "And undercooked is preferable! Allow the waves to warm up the water molecules!" In response to the recipe, author Ian Fortey alluded to Pennywise, the clown from Stephen King's 1986 horror novel It.

"Is this why Pennywise continues to eat children? Because of what you did to him? "He divulged. In a tweet in March, King extolled the virtues of cooking with paper towels.

"As someone who disburses a lot of time in the kitchen-cooking and washing-I can say this: What is more useful than the humble paper towel, also known as kitchen roll?" he explained.
