The Emmy-winning reality shows Bravo has returned to Lone Star for its 19th season, starting with 15 contestants. In the final episode of the season, the last four chefs, Damar Brown, Evelyn Garcia, Buda Lo, also Sarah Welch, head to "the first UNESCO World Heritage Site for gastronomy here in the United States," explains host Padma Lakshmi.

In the exclusive video, the finalists feel the tension as they reflect on the season and compete in the final challenge. Naturally, some cooks are more optimistic than others.

"It comes down to the two ingredients I grow," Houston native Garcia says of the cactus and chiltepin elimination challenge. "This is between me and the final."

Also, in the trailer, Brown notes that "any little mistake can send you home at this point in the race." Welch faced the pressure of perfection as his ice cream concoction splashed all over his body and the floor, a mistake he called "the nail in the coffin."

"I never dreamed of being an astronaut. I never dreamed of being someone else," Lo added. "I dreamed of being here."

Your meal seems to be precisely what you would expect from the finalists. "I mean, it's incredible," said guest judge Eric Rippert.

This year presenters Lakshmi, Chief Justice Tom Colicchio, and Gail Simmons returned to the jury table. Each week of the season, Lakshmi, Colicio, and Simmons join a judging panel of previous Top Chef winners, finalists, or favorites. In addition, local or national culinary icons are honored every week.

In the final episode of the season, the three judges will be joined by guest judges Stephanie Izard, Rippert, and Kristen Kish.
